Bentayga activation

To use the My Bentley services for Bentayga you will need to register for an account and activate your services. Your Retailer can do this for you or you can do it yourself by following the steps below.

Please ensure the following instructions are handled on a smartphone unless otherwise stated.

Before you collect your vehicle you will need to sign a Customer Agreement to authorise the use of connected services for your vehicle.

STEP 1: REGISTER

1) Download the 'My Bentley' app using the link from your Retailer.

2) Once you have successfully downloaded the app you will need to Sign Up and complete the registration steps to create an account.

STEP 2: VERIFY

1) You will receive an email to confirm that your account request is in progress.

2) From the email, click Verify Your Email Address.

3) Select Allow to give the app permission to access the required data.

STEP 3: ACTIVATE

1) Sign in to the My Bentley app.

2) From the My Bentley app Dashboard select Add A Vehicle.
Note: You will need your Vehicle Identification Number (VIN) which can be found on the windscreen of your vehicle.

3) Enter your VIN, preferred Retailer and personal information.

Once we have confirmed ownership of the vehicle, it will appear in your virtual garage (which can be accessed by swiping left on the app dashboard).

Note: Once the vehicle has been successfully added to your account you will need to complete the activation steps outlined below.

ACTIVATE REMOTE SERVICES

1) Scratch the label on the plastic tag (attached to your key fob) to reveal the 10 character vehicle code.

2) Activate remote services using the steps below:

From the Infotainment system homepage select Users > Settings icon > Set primary user > Enter E-mail address (the one used to register for your My Bentley account) and Vehicle code > Set primary user.

ADD A VEHICLE

You can add additional vehicles to your account by following the steps below:

From the My Bentley app Dashboard swipe left until you reach the Add A Vehicle page > Enter your VIN and preferred Retailer > Add vehicle.

Once we have confirmed ownership of the vehicle, it will appear in your virtual garage (which can be accessed by swiping left on the app dashboard).

Note: Once the vehicle has been successfully added to your account you will need to complete the activation steps outlined above i.e. Activate In-car services/Activate Remote services (where applicable).

Delete-Vehicle

DELETE VEHICLE

If you sell your vehicle or no longer wish to use the My Bentley services you can remove the vehicle from your account using the steps below.

From the My Bentley app Dashboard navigate to the vehicle that you want to delete > Select the info icon (to the top-right of the vehicle image) > Delete vehicle > Delete.

If you no longer wish to own a My Bentley account you can permanently delete it by following the steps below.

From the My Bentley app Dashboard click on the Profile icon (bottom-right of the page) > Select Account > Delete account > Delete Account > Confirm.
